    Herblore Guide
    Updated 11/21/2016
    The guide is currently Up-to-date!

My in-game name is NOT Pink - It is 'Unsanitary' - feel free to PM me with any questions, suggestions, or quick fixes!

    Hey everyone!
I noticed a few people having issues getting started with Herblore so I decided to cover this.
In addition to the Herblore skill, I'll be covering Farming - which goes hand in hand with Herblore.

    Setting things up!

The first thing we'll go over is filling your Vials with Water!
You can get Vial Packs from Jatix, the Herblorist - found at the east end of the circle at home.

(This shop has EVERY secondary ingredient you will need to get 99/120 Herblore!)

Open those up and bank them, now you're going to switch to Lunar Magics by going to the Elven Grimoire found in the staff shop east of home!

You will also need runes, you can get these by trading Arianwyn, the Combat Master - found at the north end of the circle at home.

For this method, you will need 68 Magic to fill them with the Humidify Spell.

Alternatively - if you're a skiller - you can make an alternative account, train Magic up fast - fill them on that account and trade them over.
(Don't waste your time filling them manually via a fountain/sink - you'll spend too much time!)

    Cleaning Herbs!

The next step on your way to making some super useful potions is cleaning the herbs - they can't be used unless they're wiped clean of their filth.

You'll get a fair chunk of experience from cleaning them, although the majority of your experience is going to come from mixing the potions themselves!

Below you'll find a chart containing the levels needed to clean each herb respectively!

Now we're getting to the fun part - actually making the damn things!

    Making the Potions!

Now that your herbs are clean and shit - you can start making unfinished potions and then finally you'll have the finished product!

Simply - take 14 Herbs of your choice - and 14 Vials of Precious Water(sorry California - none for you), and mix them together.

    Image

Afterwards, withdraw 14 Secondary Ingredients depending on the potion you're making, and repeat the same process as above!
Viola - you've just made your first batch of bomb ass drank - enjoy!

Below I've charted out all the potions you can make, I've highlighted in red the ones you should focus on - these are to progress you quickly into Extremes and Overloads once you have the levels to do it!

Easier way of filling them is by going to fountain in Varrock.

That takes far too long, with the method provided in the guide you can fill a whole inventory in one click and do about 1,500% more vials per hour.

Oh lol, I didn't say anything then, thought it only filled 1 potion at a time.
